Time Traveler

A young woman stands under a tree at night, moments after stepping out of time itself. Behind her, partially veiled by a curtain of shadows, rests the iconic DeLorean DMC-12—its quiet presence the only evidence of a journey beyond the now. Bathed in the soft, golden glow of street lamps, and framed by the silhouette of an olive tree, she peers into her surroundings with wonder. Is she looking back, or ahead? Time has folded here past and future, memory and possibility, suspended in a single breath. This work was inspired by a long-exposure photograph: an image captured in the stillness of night where natural and artificial light blur into dreamlike forms. The painting transforms that visual echo into narrative where one’s environment becomes a portal, and discovery unfolds not through answers, but through attentive presence.

''Time traveler '' explores the intimate pause between arrival and understanding when the world is quiet, time feels elastic, and everything is waiting to be seen anew.
